Back again: Red Rye IPA

Starting this week, we have a new special on tap: Red Rye IPA. The true IJ-connoisseur might recognize this beer, because we’ve brewed it before. We thought it was such a tasteful beer that we’ve decided to brew it again, with the same recipe!

Red Rye IPA is a 5,8 percent amber beer. It’s brewed with both barley- and rye malt. The rye malt is responsible for the spicy aroma and you might even discover an earthy flavor. The colorful mix of hops such as Simcoe, Wiliamette, and Nelson Sauvin are responsible for the fresh and bitter taste of this beer. At last the Red Rye IPA has a fresh and subtle taste of citrus which is a great way to quench the thirst when you’re enjoying the sun on our terrace.

The fact that we’ve got Red Rye IPA back on tap is a great reason to visit our pub again, and if the weather allows it, our terrace. You’ll only find this tasteful beery here and as long as our inventory allows it. See you soon!
