’t Blauwe Theehuis sits right in the heart of the Vondelpark.
On our sun-soaked terrace, you’re welcome all day to enjoy true Amsterdam conviviality, freshly poured beers from Brouwerij ’t IJ, a proper cup of coffee, delicious sandwiches, pizzas, and a variety of snacks.
Coming with fewer than 10 people? Feel free to just walk in. For smaller groups we work with walk-ins, so no reservation is needed.
You can also hire a private space at ’t Blauwe Theehuis for a party, meeting or any other occasion. Read more here.

Alongside brewing exceptional beers, we at ’t IJ also know how to throw a great party. And you can do the same at ’t Blauwe Theehuis, right in the heart of Vondelpark. It’s the perfect spot to celebrate your birthday, company drinks, or a private family gathering — or to use the space for a meeting or any other occasion.
A vibrant oasis
You can also join us for a game of pétanque or table tennis, but of course, it’s really all about the beer. This vibrant oasis is the perfect place to gather with friends, and as far as we’re concerned, that’s how it should stay for a long time to come.
