Spring arrives early this year. We already released the maibock from its winter slumber in our lager tanks. Which means PaasIJ is now available at our tasting room, plenty of cafes and liquor stores.
Great news for the beer that traditionally indicates that Easter is near, tastes fantastic. It might be its absence, spanning several seasons, but somehow the PaasIJ tastes even more full, fresh and spicy. The base is still that mild, malty but fresh sweetness and that tickle of a more sunny season coming soon is still there too.
