As in previous years, we will also put a slightly heavier counterpart next to the IJbok this year. We screwed up the alcohol percentage of our Dubbel Bock this year (9%) but in terms of taste it is just nice and full again. A strong and dark beer, brewed with cocoa and a lot of vanilla, which ensures a sweet and creamy taste. This year’s Dubbel Bock is a beer with a complex malt body. A comfort when autumn arrives.
