Sinds kort bezetten we samen met Duvel Moortgat Nederland een nieuw en ruim kantoor, op steenworp afstand van de brouwerij en Proeflokaal De Molen.BOB FOR A JOB
Bij de opening van ons proeflokaal ’t Blauwe Theehuis in 2019 introduceerden we de actie IJtje voor Karweitje, waarbij de bezoeker van het Amsterdamse Vondelpark werd aangezet om zwerfafval te verzamelen en in te leveren

We are very excited to welcome you again for a good glass of beer. Both our tap rooms The Windmill and tap room ‘t Blauwe Theehuis have been renovated.

Live Masterclass IJwit
After the success of our live beer tasting, we will go live again on Friday 1 May at 5 PM! This time with a Masterclass IJwit, in which brewer Arvin and Wouter tell you everything (and you can ask anything) about our most popular beer IJwit.
Online Biertasting: Live from our Brouwerij
This Friday, the 10th of April we organise a beer tasting live from the brewery. Wouter will tell you everything about our four beers: Zatte, IPA, IJwit and PaasIJ.

Due to the coronavirus, we decided to immediately close the doors of our tasting rooms in Amsterdam. The health of our staff and our guests is always paramount, and we can best guarantee this now by closing the tasting rooms.New items in the IJshop
A navy-white striped T-shirt, basic white and IJ socks are available on our webshop. The shirt’s are made from high quality soft cotton. Perfect for a stroll around the Amsterdam Canals, but of course also to be worn somewhere else.
18 years IJwit
It’s early 2002 when Kaspar Peterson, the founder and first owner of Brouwerij ‘t IJ, decides that it’s time to brew an extra fresh beer for the summer. Session ales and IPA’s where at that time not yet commonplace in the Netherlands, so he decided that it has to be a white beer in Belgium style: IJwit was born.
