We decided to brew this tripel with some extra’s, so we added maniguette pepper. This is the spicy nephew of the black pepper which is used to give meals a warm, fresh sour and spicy taste. In this beer, it’s responsible for a full and spicy character. We’ve also added a bit of ginger for a subtle tropical freshness while the added curacao peel delivers a light bitter and sour taste. 

A lot of taste in this beer which is, with an alcohol percentage of 7,9, also quite robust. This beer is available for a limited time only, exclusively in our pub.

Alcohol percentage: 7,9%
Drinking temperature: 8 -10 degrees
