Hop hop hop! East Coast IPA is full of it. A lot of Idaho 7 hops in particular ensures that this wonderfully fresh IPA tastes super tropical. East Coast IPA is smooth and fruity, with a bit of citrus at the finish. This is a harmonious balance between malty sweetness and hoppy bitterness. Not a bitter blow to your mouth, but rather a sweet start with a hoppy kiss.
