Ok, it’s actually the hop that gives this beer its name but that doesn’t mean we didn’t hit gold. The secret here is that Eldorado hop. We didn’t add any during the boil this time, retrieving a wealth of tropical aromas such as pear and cherries during the dryhop. This session IPA has a beautiful golden ring of fresh fruitness around it. With its 4,2% it’s quite a sessionable IPA indeed.
