It is a proven combination for summer beers: wheat malt, herbs and citrus fruit. In this White Ale we mixed the wheat with modest amounts of coriander and orange peels. Citra and Centennial provide a fresh and fruity hoppiness.
This is the perfect thirst quencher on days when the sun hits our terrace. Goes down very well on other days too.
